Wish it was running on a server rather than just locally too! We didn't think backend would not be able to handle all of the traffic though in its current MVP state!

This is great. Real problem with screen sharing to get work done esp in the developing world.
Cool work. Would be a bit concerned over the security of the app given it is medical details and ways to process payments but these are minor things for an MVP!
