I suspect that you didn’t experience covid while you’re in the healthcare industry? The expectations from the patients and hospitals have completely changed in the last two years. Booking doctors appointment is already getting popular among independent practices. Now hospital systems want to adopt it but they need a better solution than the existing ones due to its complexity.
Thanks for your feedbacks anyhow. It’s very helpful to get different perspectives!
Thanks for taking a look at our website and giving us your feedback!
I’ve been practicing medicine in us for a decade and I think I have some understanding of US healthcare system.
Our system lets patient find the appropriate provider within a hospital system and beyond in terms of insurance type, location, and availabilities. If you have a provider in a hospital system such as primary care doctor, it is best to be seen by a physician of other specialty within the same hospital system for the continuity of care. As you pointed out, not all the physicians take your insurance so that’s why you need a booking system like the one we are creating. With Isha, patients can connect with the right provider (specialty, location, insurance) at the right time(availability).
I need help for this deal because this kind of decision never involves clinicians like myself. I’d like to understand how the hospital executives think. If you have or you know someone who has experience in making a deal with hospital system, would love to get your help:)
We're in US. Although would love to speak with any HealthTech founders who are selling to the hospitals. Would you be able to connect me with someone with that kind of experience in techcelerate by any chance?
