Takes me 1 - 2 hours every Monday.
Always a bit of a grind, i try to understand the business and give advice.
It's not always easy.
Especially hard when the "ask" isn't attached.
I can't find the issue with the website, it loads on my side, although it keeps weirdly adding www. as a prefix
The goal is to increase retention, create a reliable customer base (double marketplaces are quite sporadic) and hopefully increase revenue.
Thank you for the vote.
Haha. I wish it felt like that! (Probably when we become pioneers?)
The best feeling is actually some of the comments from the community feedback
Tips -> Pretty much have something exciting to say every week. That's what I try to do. it's generic but I try to make sure I've done what I say I'll do and I talk about things that move the company forward.
Tech, funding, customers, those are usually the things we all struggle with and what people love to see progress on.
BTW, I'm not sure being #1 will get you to become a pioneer ( I would love to be proven otherwise ).
Go to the winner's section and look through the demos and selected projects, you'll see what it takes ;D

Thanks for the feedback, I think the copy at the top could do with an update as well.
"Ghanaian delivery service" sounds a lot better, I'll replace it with something similar
The logo though
To be honest, it makes me nervous sometimes too
We're considering a rebrand (maybe), but we're focused by other things right now
How would you recommend we improve the logo?
I love the idea of the future growth box as well. Solid!
I've been a bit negligent, but I didn't realise the calls existed till last week, to be honest.
This is an interesting idea I would love to try out
