Top feedback in the Pioneer Tournament 11-2-2020 - 11-9-2020

One of the big advantages of playing Pioneer is getting a steady stream of feedback on your project from other founders.

Here are the principles that stood out to our team from the top feedback over the last two weeks:

- Tap into your own knowledge and experience. Is there anything you could share that would accelerate the founder’s progress?
- Put yourself in the shoes of the founder: How would you approach their challenges?
- Include both positive & constructive feedback.
- Don’t be afraid to ask questions.

That's prolific work; nice work.

Another Pioneer project I voted on today is looking for those that self publish - you might be able to help while getting sales: https://www.joinpeek.io/

Maybe KPIs based on audience development / viewership will help? "Obtain waitlist of 50 people wanting to read next book." That's more easily relatable to other projects!

I've done consulting internships and my dad is a management consultant - I think a tool like this could be seriously useful for consultants. You'll be able to build up more and more useful presets - it'll become like a component library. I know your video is very early-stage - but a cheap improvement could be to simply crop out the time when you're waiting for the content to load in, to make it magically fast.

Very cool! We don't conduct customer interviews at this point in our startup just yet, but I will definitely bookmark this for future use. I get your idea, but it isn't clear enough how this differentiates from other note-taking services. I would make the website demo GIF much bigger and clearer.

I like the video! Transitions are very smooth. Congrats on the 1k!

A visual on your landing page could be handy, you've added visuals very well throughout your site but the first bit of the site your users see is lacking them.

Can I ask how you gained so much traffic on your site with that many weekly users and revenue?

Keep up the fantastic work! It's paying off!

This is legitimately excellent, why hasn't it been done before?! Bookmarked for future reference. Landing page is excellent and the pinned header/CTA is smart. I would add the Adobe Spark & Substack examples to the home page exactly how they are on the examples page above the generic examples - they're what sold me. Maybe put the testimonials on a horizontal slider also. Good luck with your interviews!
